No Conflict between TVXQ Members, SM Stock Drops

Contrary to certain media reports out of South Korea, the members of DBSK (TVXQ / Tohoshinki) are not fighting with each other over the fact that three members have decided to seek a better contract with SM Entertainment (SM).

As you know, Junsu, Yoochun and Jaejoong are seeking to renegotiate unfair terms of their contract. SM, according to the guys, were ignoring their attempts to take care of this problem in private. Hence, the public filings.

This conflict between TVXQ and SM does NOT mean they will disband. They are not seeking to break up in any way.

TVXQ Files Preservation of Evidence Request

TVXQ has never been told by their entertainment agency, SM Entertainment, exactly how much income they’ve earned, according to the lawyer representing Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu.

Along with the Exclusive Contract Validity Suspension Request and a Provisional Disposition Request, the three members are seeking to get information about their income from SM.

Number of pre-orders for the latest Live Tour DVD reaches the highest record in their history! Popular Korean group, Tohoshinki’s photobook and DVD ranked first in sales in “7andy” shops. Tohoshinki is a 5-member vocal group from Korea.

They debuted successfully in Japan in 2005, and their first national tour last year was a huge success, drawing an audience number of over 150,000 people. What’s more, last year, they also made their first appearance on NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen. They have also participated in a Japanese CM.

Having concluded the tour that was attended by 250,000 people, Tohoshinki speaks about their dreams from this point on.

Hop, step, jump, then leap. 2008 was the year that they jumped. All the singles that they released became number one on the charts, and also appeared on Kōhaku Uta Gassen at the end of the year. Although they were already top artistes in Korea, when they debuted in Japan in 2005, they could not really converse in Japanese, and also started out from scratch from doing small events. Tohoshinki, who jumped in their third year, took a giant leap forward on their forth anniversary, and became artistes that could draw forth 250,000 people for their Arena Tour, which included a 2-days Live at the Tokyo Dome.
