According to translated reports out of South Korea, the Court has rejected SM Entertainment's (SM) request to toss out the Preservation of Evidence application filed by TVXQ.
The Court's decision means that SM will have to fork over all the information to the lawyer(s) representing three members who are having a dispute with the agency.
We should all be so lucky as to have supporters like the ones backing DBSK (TVXQ / Tohoshinki) in their fight with SM. They plan to go to the Fair Trade Committee to complain.
According to translated reports from DNBN, a major TVXQ fan site, over 120,000+ signatures have been collected already in support of their petition to support TVXQ, and their 2nd round of petition collections have been completed.

Translated accounts of the first Court hearing between TVXQ (DBSK / Tohoshinki) and their management agency SM Entertainment (SM) are making their way around the net.
After filing court docs in District Court for improved contract terms, Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu had their first hearing August 21 2009 (Seoul South Korea time).
Both TVXQ and SM agreed that they don't want a disbandment of the group at all.
According to the way the reports were translated, three members of the group are asking for "a suspension of their contract due to unlawful clauses". This would probably be in relation to the Exclusivity clause which bars the guys from being involved in any side businesses for their own personal income not controlled by SM.
