We should all be so lucky as to have supporters like the ones backing DBSK (TVXQ / Tohoshinki) in their fight with SM. They plan to go to the Fair Trade Committee to complain.

According to translated reports from DNBN, a major TVXQ fan site, over 120,000+ signatures have been collected already in support of their petition to support TVXQ, and their 2nd round of petition collections have been completed.

“We will be submitting the petitions from the second round along with our report of SME [SM Entertainment] to the Fair Trade Committee for the violation of the Law of Fair Transaction on the 9th at 1:30pm,” according to the translation of a report posted on their website.

They also plan to submit the additional petitions to the Seoul District Courts as well as publish advertisements in support of DBSK.

“On the 10th, we plan to publish an ad in a newspaper.  So that everyone can see it, we ask the fans to buy the newspaper in the evening,” says DNBN.

As you are well aware of by now, TVXQ is seeking to amend their contract with SM to allow for more freedom to get from under a questionable exclusivity clause, and for information about a dubious (or possibly slave-like) profit-split between them and SM.
