3 Members Willing to talk to SM Only if SM follows Court Decision

The attorney representing Junsu, Yoochun and Jaejoong in their battle for some form of freedom wants SM to respect the Court’s decision and pay the members money they earned for the first half of the year.

“Talks with SM will only be possible after these problems are solved,” the attorney said according to translated reports.

SM still has yet to pay the members any of the money they earned for the 1st half of this year, even before they filed the lawsuit.

It was SM’s decision to cancel the ShenZhen concert in China and attempt to blame the three members for it.

However, attorney Lim Sang Hyuk (Sejong) says the 3 had already said they would participate if they could see details of the contract. Rather than having to reveal this information, SM apparently canceled the concert.

SM Cancels China Concert, Blames 3 members; fans are furious at SM

Because Junsu, Yoochun and Jaejoong didn’t bow down and kiss the ring of SM’s CEO, the company has canceled the ShenZhen concert which was supposed to happen in China this month.

SM had given the three members an ultimatum: either do whatever we say, drop the lawsuit and continue to be enslaved, or else.  Well the guys took the ‘or else’ option.

Now SM has taken it upon themselves to cancel the concert while trying to blame the three members for it.

For the record, all members of TVXQ want to continue to perform together and publicly stated through their attorney that they would perform at all scheduled activities.

They were also excited about the upcoming concert based on statements they made previously. SM is the one who suspended all of their group activities in a short-sighted attempt to blackmail the 3 members into giving up.

SM – TVXQ Current Exclusive Contract Released TRANS

We will reveal the exclusive contract SM Entertainment holds with its celebrities. Although this contract is the one between TVXQ and SM, it can be inferred that it is almost a basis contract for all the others. Also, as SM stated that the income division for TVXQ was the best they offered, one can surmise that the content of the contracts of other groups such as Girls’ Generation, Super Junior etc. will be worse.

In the contract, it states that TVXQ must pay for all of the expenses required for their activities and this implies the wages for their managers and road managers. “TVXQ must pay for their travel fees and rent fees, as well as their meals, make up and coordinators’ wages, dance crew and any other stage crew costs. They must also pay for the wages of their managers’ monthly wages (The wages of the manager is 800,000 per month and the wages of road managers is 600,000 per month, and this increases by 10% every year.)”
