At the 2012 Seoul Drama Awards, a dashing Yoochun won the “Outstanding Hallyu Drama Male Actor” award for his work in Rooftop Prince. The 26 year old singer/songwriter/actor dedicated the award to his late father who passed away in March 2012.
“I am glad to have received an award for such a great drama. I want to dedicate this award to my father, who was not able to watch,” Yoochun said as part of his acceptance speech.

Yoochun also picked up the Netizen Popularity Award. His costar, Han Ji Min, also won the Hallyu Drama Female Actress award for her role in Rooftop Prince.
