During recent promotional activities, Yunho and Changmin were asked questions not only about their new music but also about the apparently strained relationship between themselves and JYJ.

According to translated reports from Worldwide Daily News and National Daily News, the-youngest-one-in-curls, here thereafter referred to as Changmin, used the analogy about geese leaving the flock to describe how 3 members of TVXQ left SM.

Translated reports say that Changmin said the following:

When a swarm of geese prepare to migrate, they never forget to make the correct formation. I don’t think it’s right when a few of the geese who chose to broke away still considered themselves as part of the flock.

Links about the comments were all over twitter in the wake of Changmin’s purported analogy. If this translation is correct — and apparently its been checked and rechecked — Changmin may not necessarily understand the true nature of geese.

articlesAfter a two-year hiatus from the Korean music industry, TVXQ made a triumphant return last week. On January 12th, members Yunho and Changmin held a press conference to discuss the various issues surrounding their comeback.

Yunho started, “We came back for the first time in two years and three months, and I swelled with emotions when I saw how many fans came. I wanted to show everyone an amazing live and worked hard to achieve it, but unfortunately, I caught a cold.  Although I received IV treatments, my voice still didn’t improve in the morning, so I worried a lot.  It still hasn’t improved yet.”

Changmin added, “I don’t think I was as nervous as I thought I would be. It was really exciting and fun.”

When asked about the efforts they took on as a two-membered TVXQ, Yunho replied, “While preparing for the album with only two members, I thought that I had to make it live up to the standards of ‘TVXQ’.  TVXQ was known for its strong performances and lives, so there wasn’t a single thing we could slack off on. We brought about a lot of changes on the high notes, and switched parts for every different genre.”

In response to JYJ’s earlier interviews where Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu said that they tried to contact Yunho and Changmin but they weren’t able to, TVXQ’s Yunho denied that ever happened.

Yunho said especially that “the story was not true” and “they never tried to call him.”

He says, “Also, I wanted to contact them but its a situation where all three of them changed their phone numbers. But, if they tried to call from numbers I didn’t recognize, there’s a chance I didn’t pick it up because of that. I get quite a lot of prank calls so it’s difficult to pick up all of the unknown phone calls.”
