The CEO of CreBeau, Kang Suk Won, responded to public attacks from TVXQ's Korean management company in an interview. He wants SM to apologize and to stop distorting the relationship (or lack thereof) between 3 members of TVXQ and CreBeau.

SM completely pushed the blame for the dispute between itself and TVXQ onto an investment the three guys (Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu) made into the company.

Kang stated the obvious by saying the dispute between SM and TVXQ has absolutely nothing to do with CreBeau.

Back in May of this year, Kang says CreaBeau branch of China was visited by representatives of SM who then approved the involvement of the three members, and that SM is distorting the truth after the fact.

Update: Allkpop has posted a follow up article about an alleged interview done by three members of TVXQ, and are throwing it in the light of 'who to believe' and 'who not to believe'.   Read the original information here.

The problem with this analysis is that the three members haven't had much to say directly about this situation unless it came directly from their attorney.

It didn't make any sense to some suspicious fans why they would speak in the manner they did for the alleged "interview" posted at allkpop at this crucial moment in time.

False stories out of Korea about the situation between TVXQ and SM are making their way around the globe.

There were stories reportedly detailing an interview with DBSK members Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu who are in a dispute with their Korean management company, SM. This "interview" is a flat lie, according to the most recent translated reports.

No Cut News (Korea) is reporting the three members as saying, "We haven't conducted an interview with any media regarding the lawsuit."

Those familiar with the dispute say that TVXQ's Korean management company, SM, is trying to come between the members because of a scathing decision from Seoul District Court recently.

In a translated report of an SM statement released today, SM is completely disallowing any of the members of TVXQ (Tohoshinki / DBSK) to do any activities as a group and is requesting the money which could have been made by the group were they allowed to perform.

No, you're not dreaming. They really are stopping any TVXQ activities AND wanting somebody to give them the money they could have been making were they allowed to perform.  It is one of the most asinine statements any management company has made.

There is no doubt now that SM is showing the world just why TVXQ is having this dispute with them in the first place. Rather than treating their artists like contract workers, many people feel that SM really are treating the members like property.
