Korean group Tohoshinki (TVXQ / DBSK / Dong Bang Shin Ki) have added three more Gold singles to their list of achievements in Japan.  The Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) has certified that Five in the Black (album), Stand By U (single) and their 3rd Live Tour T releases have all exceeded 100,000 copies.

Selling 100,000 copies signifies a Gold certification designation in Japan.

The achievement is further proof of Tohoshinki’s continued rise in popularity despite their fight for improved contract terms with their Korean agency SM Entertainment.

Tohoshinki is represented by AVEX in Japan who have to be seeing these accomplishments and hoping that both sides work out an acceptable agreement so that they all can continue to burn up the Japanese market.

Earlier, the District Court in Seoul approved an application filed by Junsu, Jaejoong and Yoochun to preserve evidence (Evidence Preservation Application).

According to reports, SM was asked to submit necessary documentation proving “income and expenditure accounting, the contracts, receipts, vouchers” in relation to what they claim they were paying TVXQ.
