Kukinews’s Cho Hyun Woo wrote an article calling for the Korean show “Knee Drop Guru” to give JYJ equal time to tell their side after allowing the 2 members who sided with SM to criticize JYJ for filing a lawsuit.

Many are questioning why JYJ continues to be blocked from appearing on Korean television shows despite more than one ruling from the Courts saying that SM shall not interfere with their work.

Among the biting criticism of the show in general was a call for Knee Drop Guru to give JYJ their fair share of time to rebutt words from Yunho, for example, who claims he had no idea JYJ would file to sue SM.  He called the lawsuit “extreme” according to translated reports and said the action essentially ruined their upcoming projects.

TVXQ(Yunho, Changmin) explained their hurt feeling about JYJ(Jaejoong/Yuchun/Junsu)’s lawsuit at MBC TV ‘Murupak-무릎팍도사’ which was aired on 02 Mar, 2011. But their comments on the lawsuit became a controversy among netizens after the program.

Yunho and Changmin said that “We did not know about their[JYJ’s] lawsuit when they submitted an application for provisional injunction against the company[SM].”
“It could have worked better, but we’re sad[about the three] that we could not be able to have any activities as the Five due to JYJ’s extreme choice[lawsuit].” on this program.

They insisted that they did not know about the provisional injunction to terminate the validity of their exclusive contract, but fans of JYJ and people who are interested in TVXQ have produced contrary evidences against this.
