Tohoshinki, as they are known in Japan, continues to shine on the Oricon Chart with their newest song Share the World.

They have scored their 6th #1 song on the Oricon Weekly chart, becoming the first foreign (non-Japanese) artists in history to get 6 number one songs at the top of that chart.

Starting with Purple Line (Jan 2008), Tohoshinki has ascended to the top of the charts with #1 hit songs Beautiful You, Why Did I Fall In Love with You, Mirotic, and Bolero.

If you’re been here before, you’ll also note that on the day of it’s release, Share the World single sold almost 60,000 copies and topped the Daily chart for that day.

Share the World was also the #1 request on the chart of Japan’s largest cable broadcast company, USEN.

Congratulations to Tohoshinki!
