Word out of Japan is that Jaejoong's (Jejung) and Yoochun's (Yuchun) song "Colors: Melody and Harmony" -- written and composed by the two -- has debuted at #1 on Oricon's Daily Chart! This means that out of everyone buying a single on the day of it's release in Japan, most people bought their CD single.
Yoona of Girls' Generation and the members of TVXQ are being issues, for they are selected to be witnesses of the parliamentary inspection of the administration which will proceed most probably on the 5th of October.

According to translated reports out of South Korea, the Court has rejected SM Entertainment's (SM) request to toss out the Preservation of Evidence application filed by TVXQ.
The Court's decision means that SM will have to fork over all the information to the lawyer(s) representing three members who are having a dispute with the agency.
