Are the two members of tvxq2 pushing a lame excuse for why JYJ (Junsu, Yoochun, Jaejoong) had to file a lawsuit against SM?  Recent news would suggest that the two SM-protected artists are trying to blame "young age" as the reason for why JYJ finally had to speak out against SM Entertainment.

At first, SM sought to blame cosmetics company CreBeau as the reason for why JYJ filed suit.  However, since the Court has cleared CreBeau and ruled it defamatory to suggest they were the cause,  SM has switched to another excuse.

JYJFiles documented instances where the two SM-backed members of TVXQ have blamed 'fame at a young age' as the reason why JYJ split from SM. Thus, putting all the blame for the entire situation on JYJ shoulders.

Both Jung Yunho or Shim Changmin are publicly behaving as if they never had any problem whatsoever with SM's treatment.  Did they themselves ever have any criticisms against SM?  Or did JYJ simply dream up the fact that Jung and Shim, too, were unhappy with SM at one point?

According to a report by JYJFiles, the "new accusations against JYJ's characters" have been spread by none other than the two members.  For some fans, statements made by Shim Changmin in Chosun Ilbo -- the largest newspaper in South Korea -- seemed to be the last straw to calling the two out for making such statements.

C-JeS Entertainment, which is in charge of JYJ’s management, has decided to take strong legal action against the relaying of one-sided claims that argue that [Park] has suffered damages due to fraud relating to the last year’s American Showcases.

H Dream (T/N: Park’s company), which sued arguing that it was defrauded by Kim XX who claimed to be a subcontractor for the JYJ’s American tour, included/mentioned JYJ and C-JeS in its complaint that it distributed to the media outlets. Against this, C-JeS plans to take strong legal action.

The complaint that H Dream distributed to media outlets only provides that it invested in Kim XX. There are no specific information that relate to C-JeS Entertainment or Warner Music. There are only unilateral speculations. Therefore, it is beyond doubt and is obvious that the above fails to establish fraud (for C-JeS). This action is of course a False Claim against Innocent Parties, and also is a Defamation through publishing upon false facts. Therefore, C-JeS has decided to counter this strictly, through law.

Q: Your feelings upon first learning of the news of the earthquakes of the 11th?

Junsu: I felt that something quite serious must have happened because during filming in Tokyo the lights and the windows severely shook.

Yoochun: Because it was the day that Junsu was to come back from Tokyo, above all things we confirmed Junsu’s safety first, and also contacted our friends in Japan.

Q: Reason for deciding to donate?

Jaejoong: Japan is a place with people who have supported us for a long time. The desire to give help to a place that is suffering from such a horrible disaster is (I believe) not just ours but the common belief of all people.

Yesterday, JYJ left a heartfelt message fo Japanese fans on their website and created a video as well. Now it has been reported that JYJ has donated 600 million won ($529,000~USD) to World Vision, one of the many relief organizations currently helping areas of Japan that were affected by the earthquake.

JYJ's Junsu was in Japan on March 10th when the earthquake occurred, but was not directly affected unlike areas such as Sendai and Fukushima. He had been in Japan for his Japanese schedules and was due in Korea for JYJ's first fanmeeting the next day when the earthquake hit Japan.

The 600 million won that JYJ has donated to World Vision will be used to provide emergency relief in Sendai and Fukushima by sending supplies, helping with the city's reconstruction and recovery, and opening a shelter program.
